Company Overview

Taiding New Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Taiding New Energy) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suzhou Taiding Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a company controlled by Ecovacs (603486). It integrates the research and development, design, and manufacturing of lithium batteries. The company’s product portfolio primarily provides best-in-class solutions for lithium-ion batteries and battery modules across multiple sectors, including smart home appliances, intelligent service robots, power tools, and smart mobility devices.

The company is located in the Nanxun Economic and Technological Development Zone of Huzhou City. With a total investment of approximately RMB 1.2 billion and a site covering about 118 mu, the project is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 2 GWh of polymer lithium-ion batteries. Established in December 2021, the company completed construction of its polymer lithium-ion battery manufacturing park in 2023 and swiftly ramped up mass production, thereby ensuring supply chain reliability and effectively controlling product costs within the Group’s supply network.

For more than two decades, the Group has been deeply engaged in the smart home appliance sector. As one of the Group’s three core supply-chain enterprises, Taiding New Energy has established strategic research‑collaboration partnerships with numerous universities. By continuously enhancing its technological innovation capabilities, its products—characterized by high safety, exceptional efficiency, and long cycle life—have earned strong recognition from the Group.
