Honoring Together, Ushering in a New Journey | Taiding New Energy 2025 Annual Excellence Awards Ceremony

On the afternoon of April 3, Taiding New Energy held its 2025 Annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony in Nanxun, Zhejiang. All managerial-level and above leaders attended the event, jointly celebrating outstanding achievements and rallying collective momentum. During the ceremony, the 2025 awards and recognition resolutions were officially announced, and honorary certificates were presented to 20 award-winning employees and departmental representatives, recognizing their remarkable contributions to the company’s growth over the past year.

The conference officially commenced in a solemn atmosphere, with General Manager Zhang reading out the decision on the 2025 annual awards and recognition. Throughout 2025, Taiding New Energy successfully achieved all its set objectives and tasks, thanks to the concerted efforts of the Group’s leadership and every colleague. This remarkable success would not have been possible without the hard work, unity, collaboration, and spirit of innovation demonstrated by each and every member of the Taiding family. During this period, a number of outstanding individuals and teams—known for their dedication, selfless commitment, and exceptional performance—have exemplified the sense of responsibility and accountability that defines the Taiding ethos through their actions.

To recognize outstanding performance and set exemplary standards, following nominations from the various business units and review by senior management, we hereby confer the title of “Outstanding Employee” on 12 employees, including Zhang Renqiang; the title of “Outstanding Management Cadre” on 4 employees, including Ji Mabuge; and the title of “Outstanding Department” on four teams, including Production Department II of the Battery Cell Business Unit. We encourage all employees to take these role models as inspiration, strive to emulate their excellence, and forge ahead with determination, thereby jointly driving the company’s high‑quality development.

During the awards ceremony, thunderous applause filled the room, creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie. In the presence of all attendees, the distinguished leaders presented certificates of honor to the winning individuals and departmental representatives. Each award is a testament to hard work and dedication, and every smiling face reflects a sense of responsibility and pride.

Subsequently, Ni Wanxue from the Module Business Unit, as the representative of outstanding employees; Zhang Yangyang, Head of the EHS Section in the General Department, as the representative of outstanding management personnel; and Manager Zhang Jin from Production Department II of the Cell Business Unit, as the representative of an outstanding department, took to the stage one after another to deliver remarks and share their insights. They reviewed the achievements and key highlights of 2025, outlined progress in advancing Xindun’s development and the transformative impact of AI‑driven initiatives, and outlined plans for exploring AI applications in 2026.

In their remarks, the three representatives expressed heartfelt gratitude to the company’s leadership for their far-sighted vision and to their colleagues for their unwavering support. They emphasized that this honor belongs not only to them individually but to the entire team. Looking ahead, they pledged to hold themselves to even higher standards, press on with renewed vigor, and continue achieving outstanding results, thus living up to the company’s trust and expectations. Their sincere and inspiring words motivated every employee present to take these role models as guides, learn from excellence, and write their own remarkable chapters through dedicated effort.

At the conclusion of the conference, General Manager Zhang delivered a closing address. He commended the company’s outstanding achievements over the past year: amid the rapid growth of the new‑energy sector, the various business units collaborated closely, successfully navigating the dual challenges of market volatility and technological advancement, thereby achieving simultaneous expansion in both business scale and technical capabilities and delivering a substantial portfolio of high‑quality lithium‑battery solutions to customers. General Manager Zhang extended his warm congratulations to all award‑winning employees, managers, and departments, noting that through their professionalism, innovation, and unwavering dedication, they have vividly embodied the corporate philosophy of “craftsmanship builds quality, and striving creates the future,” serving as the finest embodiment of the Taiding spirit.

Looking ahead to 2026, General Manager Zhang issued three calls to action:

I. Maintain a passion for striving and strengthen execution—advance work to even higher standards, leverage the exemplary role of outstanding individuals, and closely align personal growth with the company’s development.

II. Embrace innovation and transformation to accelerate the implementation of Xindun AI—promote the deep integration of AI across R&D, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain management, and other domains, making Xindun AI a “new engine” and “accelerator” for Taiding’s high‑quality development.

III. Emphasizing Team Collaboration to Co‑Create a Bright Future — The company will continue to refine its incentive mechanisms, enabling employees to align their personal value with the enterprise’s value.
