Taiding New Energy Held Its Third-Quarter Performance Review Meeting and the 2026 Budget Kickoff Meeting.
On October 15, the third-quarter performance review and 2026 budget kickoff meeting for Taiding New Energy was held at the Nanxun base. The meeting focused on reviewing the third quarter’s achievements and outlining plans for the fourth quarter, while also officially launching the preparation of the 2026 operating budget. Managers at the director level and above from Suzhou Taiding Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Taiding New Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. attended the event.
At the outset of the meeting, General Manager Zhang presented a comprehensive report on the company’s overall performance. He provided a detailed account of the progress made toward the third-quarter objectives, supported by robust data and incisive analysis, thereby giving all attendees a clear understanding of the company’s operational status.
Subsequently, General Managers Wang, Xie, and Lei, supported by data, presented detailed reports on the third-quarter operational performance and fourth-quarter plans for the Module Business Unit, the Cell Business Unit, and the Electronics Business Unit, respectively. Drawing on the specific circumstances of their respective units, they conducted in-depth analyses—spanning multiple perspectives and levels—of both strengths and areas for improvement, while articulating realistic, actionable objectives and concrete measures to chart strategies and pathways for the continued growth of each business unit.
Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Chen, provided a detailed explanation of the 2026 operating budget preparation plan. She outlined the specific timeline and key milestones for budget development, as well as the responsible departments and individuals, ensuring that the budgeting process proceeds in an orderly and systematic manner.
At the meeting, General Assistant Mr. Wu provided a detailed explanation of the 2026 Strategic Decoding Plan. He outlined five key milestones: starting with this kickoff event, the process will proceed through three major phases—strategic brainstorming sessions, strategic decoding, and focused implementation—each designed to foster in-depth discussions around the strategic roadmap, spark creative exchanges, and build collective consensus. The initiative will culminate in a final presentation at the 2026 KICK-OFF Conference, ensuring the strategic plan is effectively implemented and advanced in a steady, systematic manner.
Finally, General Manager Li delivered a concluding address. He guided the attendees through a detailed review of all the requirements for preparing the 2026 operating budget and for strategic decoding, emphasizing in particular the three‑step implementation plan for strategic decoding: first, conducting a comprehensive assessment of both internal and external development environments and opportunities through the “Five Views” and “Three Determinations”; second, aligning with AI‑driven initiatives and objectives to enhance silicon‑carbon integration capabilities, thereby identifying the critical battles that must be won in 2026; and third, translating the outcomes of strategic decoding into clear KPIs for each department, ensuring a cascading breakdown of strategic goals and assigning accountability to specific individuals.
General Manager Li emphasized that all departments should treat the 2026 strategic decoding as a key task, carefully deliberating on the direction of annual planning and the corresponding implementation roadmap. Drawing on the lessons learned from the 2025 annual plan and adhering to the progressive framework of “setting the strategic SP—conducting strategic decoding BP—translating into actionable AP,” they should systematically advance all aspects of formulating the 2026 annual plan.
This conference concluded successfully, achieving the objectives of aligning perspectives, clarifying goals, and bolstering confidence. It mapped out a clear roadmap for the final quarter of the year, helping the company launch its final push toward its full-year 2025 business targets. At the same time, the meeting provided strategic guidance for formulating the 2026 plan and operating budget, laying a solid foundation for the company’s long-term growth.
