I. Project Name: Taiding New Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. annual production of 2GWH Mechanical and electrical, power, and fire protection and purification engineering for the polymer lithium-ion battery project.

II. Project Overview and Scope of Tender

The scope of this tender is for the annual production capacity of Taiding New Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. 2GWH Tenders are being issued for the electromechanical, electrical, purification, and fire protection systems in the polymer lithium-ion battery project.

III. Bidder Qualifications

Bidders must be independent legal entities with registered capital. 5000 For projects valued at RMB 10,000 or more, bidders must be construction contractors holding fire‑protection engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, power engineering, and cleanroom construction qualifications issued by the competent construction administrative authority. Bidders shall demonstrate extensive construction experience, a strong track record and favorable customer reviews, possess Grade‑I specialized contracting qualifications, and provide relevant supporting documentation.

IV. Instructions to Bidders

1. For this tender, bidders who do not meet the requirements may submit a bid to undertake all four of the aforementioned project items, or they may submit separate bids for each sub‑lot.

2. Bidders shall possess general taxpayer status. Bidders may log in to the “National Enterprise General Taxpayer Inquiry System” to query and print relevant information, or submit a certificate of general taxpayer status issued by the tax authority, or provide other supporting documentation, or furnish a commitment letter regarding the issuance of special VAT invoices. Bidders shall also submit audited financial statements for the most recent three years, demonstrating sound financial health and confirming that no losses were incurred during any of those three years.

V. Performance Requirements (Registration performance will be subject to registration review; the tender document shall include, but not be limited to, such registration performance.)

Provide relevant major engineering projects from the past three years, with a total value of no less than 5000 Valid performance totaling RMB 10,000. Any performance record supported by a bid award notice, contract, completion acceptance report, or other relevant documentation whose date falls within this specified period shall be deemed acceptable. The supporting documents submitted under this item will be used for qualification review; tender submissions lacking such performance records will be disqualified.
